道言给大家分享了一个去除各品牌网络电视开机广告的方法。

依据《中华人民共和国广告法》第四十四条规定：

利用互联网从事广告活动，适用本法的各项规定。

利用互联网发布、发送广告，不得影响用户正常使用网络。在互联网页面以弹出等形式发布的广告，应当显著标明关闭标志，确保一键关闭。

我使用的是小米电视，按照上述方法，在设置中复制了
以太网MAC地址、WIFI MAC地址、BT MAC地址（蓝牙）
然后联系了小米客服，通过小米电视公众号等途径，我是电脑端网页版的人工客服，要求其关闭电视开机广告。
工作人员告知我，开机时按返回键即可关闭广告，但我强调要永久关闭广告。
一般情况下，他们不会轻易答应，此时可以复制相关法律条文发给他们，然后再发送上述几个地址。
过两天，打开电视就没有广告了，本人亲测成功。
其他品牌的电视可以参照执行，各品牌电视的售后电话如下：

MAC地址信息：设置-网络信息-以太网MAC地址
SN信息：电视机后面标签上面第一个条形码
1、首先拨打售后电话，要求取消开机广告。
2、如果客服说取消不了，就用严肃的语气表明本次通话已录音，并完整地念出法律条文。
3、很快就会有人联系你，然后把电视机的 MAC 地址和 SN 信息告诉对方。
4、当天他们就会给你取消广告。 几乎所有品牌都能搞定。
